I love this site. It gives general questions about the world that upper grade students would find challenging. The questions change everyday, I think. Check it out. I was challenged by 3 or 4 of the question, embarrassing as that is. It's a bit addictive!

podcasting = audio files on the net. RSS = real simple syndication (like a subscription type protocol) analogy = like a bookstore. ITunes is like a post office - that's where ESU subscribes.

A great way to stimulate story telling and collaboration in the classroom. Maybe I could have students look at a web site, watch a podcast or video - then all could make comments using Inspiration. Perhaps they could use the template "pros and cons" to identify advantages / disadvantages of the podcast or web site.
